forum and comments etiquette

I think we can keep this much shorter than most site rules/guidelines:

1. Afford your best respect to others on the site and, given the nature of hyperlinks, others on the internet.
2. We greatly appreciate full sentences, or at the very least, the occasional clever fragment.
3. When all else fails, don't break the law.

Here's to our never having to update this thread with greater granularity!
